Headshot Photography Pricing
I work on a sliding rate of £50 + £20 per person so although excellent value already, it is definitely worth getting one or two friends or colleagues involved to spread the cost.
This is how pricing works out for up to 10 people. For larger groups, please contact me for a tailored quote.

Headshot Photography Procedure
I bring the studio to you, whether this be at your office or at home as I operate using a fully portable professional lighting setup. It takes me roughly twenty minutes to set up and then it takes anywhere from ten minutes up to an hour per person, depending on various factors. I'm quite happy for you to try a couple of clothing options if you wish.
After the shoot, usually later the same day, I'll send a selection of images with basic editing done for you to select those that you like. Selected images will then be lightly retouched as necessary to get them up to publication standard.
Below is a sequence of images showing one example of a headshot lighting setup using three softboxes and a purple-gelled backdrop light.
Professional musician and music teacher Jonathan Sage wanted some new headshots and portraits to use in a number of places including on his website, professional profiles and promotional material. We planned ahead to go for a darker, low key look with the clothing and lighting and then worked through several different poses and lighting setups to produce a variety of shots.
Arka Building Consultants wanted professional corporate headshots to go on their new website. We decided the red brick chimney breast in Jonathan’s home office in Leeds would make an ideal backdrop. Space was a bit limited but the results were fantastic!
Matt wanted an updated headshot for his business profile. I was able to do this at his Leeds office with very little disruption to his busy work schedule.
Hummingbird Hearingcare wanted warm, friendly looking corporate style headshots as well as authentic but professional shots of a client consultation for their company’s website. These were all captured at their home where their business operates from using portable studio equipment.
SFS Intec in Leeds wanted headshots of their staff for their intranet profiles. I spent a couple of hours at their offices in Leeds and took headshots of all 70 of their staff.
Photography in the workplace can be used to illustrate to people how your business or organisation operates and can be staged like those above or more natural like those below with people going about their normal routines.
